I offer a warm and supportive space to explore your present experience, build awareness, and respond to life with greater clarity and resilience. My approach is mindful, attuned and focused on meeting your needs and goals. I offer gentle, effective tools that support a deeper, more fulfilling connection with yourself, others, and the world around you.

‍ ‍I help you reconnect with the parts of you that may have been hidden, buried, forgotten, or abandoned, in order to facilitate emotional healing. Bringing compassionate awareness to these parts and their needs, can change patterns of fear, anxiety, self-diminishment, confusion, and internal conflict.

When we connect with and explore our inner world, we gain insight and understanding about how to move forward. We move into alignment with the body’s rhythms, emotional needs, and intuitive knowing.

I believe each person carries a unique inner wisdom. My role is to walk alongside you, as we uncover that organic wisdom, and support the purposeful expression of it.

‍ My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in compassion.

With a masters degree in Counseling Psychology, I specialize in mindful somatic therapy. I draw from a variety of modalities including somatic IFS therapy, the Hakomi method, emotion-focused, attachment therapy, and mindful self compassion. I come to this work with eight years of experience as a yoga and mediation teacher.

I specialize in working with anxiety, attachment wounds, trauma, grief and loss, neurodivergence, sensitivity, relational and interpersonal challenges, and life changes and transitions.

My work istrauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-oppressive,and considers the impact of environmental, cultural, and social dynamics within the greater system.

Spirituality, ceremony, creative expression, and relationship to land are core values that inform my life. I hold a deep reverance and appreciation for the wisdom of our bodies and intuition, our innate capacity for healing and transformation, and the importance of creativity and connection for wellbeing.

It is an honour to be part of your learning and growth. I look forward to walking alongside you during this process.

Session Format:

I offer 50-minute sessions online through Jane (a secure and confidential platform).

Session rate:

$140 per 50 minute session.

Sliding scale rate:

$90 per 50 minute session

Availability:

I offer sessions on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
