I offer a warm and supportive space to notice what’s present, build awareness, and connect to your felt experience. My approach is mindful, adaptive and focused on meeting your needs and goals. I offer gentle, effective tools that help you understand your emotions, connect with your body, and create aligned changes.

My approach is warm, supportive, and grounded in compassion. I draw from a variety of modalities to best support your needs, including parts-work, somatic therapy, mindfulness, and self-compassion practices.
I am in the process of completing an MA in Counseling Psychology from City University of Seattle, and registering as a Registered Clinical Counselor (RCC). I have taken further certificate trainings in Somatic Integrative Parts Work, the Hakomi Method for somatic trauma healing, Nature-based Therapy, and Somatic EMDR therapy. I come to this work with 6 years of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher.
I am passionate about cultivating a space where all aspects of our selves can be seen, appreciated, and celebrated in their fullness. My space is trauma-informed, neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQIA+ affirming, anti-oppressive, and rooted in harm reduction.
Spirituality, ceremony, creative expression, and relationship to land are core values that inform my life. I hold a deep reverance and appreciation for the wisdom of our bodies and intuition, our innate capacity for healing and transformation, and the essential aspects of creativity and connection for wellbeing.

I offer 50-minute sessions online through Jane (a secure and confidential platform).
Session rate:
$120 per 50 minute session.
Sliding scale rate:
$90 per 50 minute session
Availability:
I offer sessions on Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday.
